Old Hubballi Cops Crack Theft Cases, Seize Stolen Goods
Hubballi-Dharwad: In a major breakthrough, the Old Hubballi Police have successfully arrested three house burglars and two chain snatchers. The arrests come after a property theft cases and chain snatching cases were reported in the station limits.
Following the trail of these cases, a special team led by Police Inspector S.H. Yallur nabbed five accused.
The police seized a significant amount of stolen property from the arrested accused, including 78 grams of gold ornaments, 65 grams of silver ornaments, and a motorcycle believed to have been used during the crimes.
The arrested individuals have been identified as:
House Theft Accused:
Nagaraja Duragappa Bachanaki, 26, a mason by profession and resident of Gokul Road, Hubballi.
Sagar Ramappa Dundi 22, mason by profession and resident of Jagadishnagar, Old Hubballi.
Ganesh Shivanand Kattimani 23, resident of Jangalipet, Old Hubballi
Chain Snatching Accused:
Ganesh Rajak Panchan 25, mason by profession, resident of Devarajanagar, Old Hubballi.
Praveen Immanna Hanchinamani, 20, scrap worker by profession and resident of Shivashakar Colony, Old Hubballi.
